Assembly took about an hour and found that it is better and faster if you use a socket wrench and drill to speed the process (as per another review that I read.)

The inversion table has a padded foam and vinyl covering the backrest which makes it very comfortable which helped me get to that point of being able to relax and I found that this is one of the secrets that will help you get the most benefit of this inversion table.

I found that nothing mattered if my back was not going to reap the benefits. I went and read what other people were writing about this product and that is what helped me decide to purchase this model.

Now it was ready for me to put it to the test; I started slowly using it about 10 minutes at a time, sometimes twice a day. I felt after the first few days that it reduced the pressure and relieved my vertebrate. I even felt that I started to walk, stand and sit straighter. The dumbness that I felt on my thighs and ball of my foot were at times almost gone.  

The Energy and Stamina I have now is due to the daily use of my Gravity 2000 Inversion Table; they should really call it “Stamina Inversion Table” instead. My days used to begin dreading having to get up to do my daily regular chores. Any Complaints?....  

I read that the “ankle molded cushions are very uncomfortable” but I did not find it to be uncomfortable at all but if you do maybe adding a cushiony sock might help.  

Another review had difficulties assembling it and this is what they had to say “slightly misaligned screw holes for attaching the feet (step # 1).Try putting the screws in without the feet to see if they're in parallel.” 

How Much Should You Expect to Pay?  

The Ironman Gravity 2000 Inversion Table is available on at different major department stores for $200 to $250 but you do not need to pay more than $175 for this table. The cheapest we have seen it is on Amazon who consistently sells the Ironman Gravity for under $190.
