<p><strong>How Sturdy Should It Be? </strong></p>
<p>One of the most crucial details of an inversion table is how sturdy it is. Feeling safe when you are strapped upside down is a must. The inversion table cannot be flimsy because it eventually will not last long and you might be risking a fall. I felt secure wearing the ankle clamps and never felt uncomfortable. I concluded after reading many reviews that these were important details.</p>
<p>I needed a pleasing looking apparatus as I knew that I was going to be using the inversion table for awhile. Also I needed to make sure that if I wanted to store it I could. Assembly took about an hour and found that it is better and faster if you   use a socket wrench and drill to speed the process (as per another review that I read.)</p>

<p>I found that nothing mattered if my back was not going to reap the benefits. I went and read what other people were writing about this product and that is what helped me decide to purchase this model.</p>
<p>Now it was ready for me to put it to the test; I started slowly using it about 10 minutes at a time, sometimes twice a day. I felt after the first few days that it reduced the pressure and relieved my vertebrate. I even felt that I started to walk, stand and sit straighter. The dumbness that I felt on my thighs and ball of my foot were at times almost gone.</p>

<p>I read that the “ankle molded cushions are very uncomfortable” but I did not find it to be uncomfortable at all but if you do maybe adding a cushiony sock might help.</p>

<p>The owner of  	the blog, Tom Parker, has started this blog to help himself learn more about  	maintaining a good exercise program and a nutritional plan. By helping  	himself; he will also help others “Hopefully we can all benefit from this  	knowledge and improve our health &amp; fitness levels together.”</p>

Schedule cardio two days a week, strength training two days a week  	and stretch exercise two days a week. Always leave a day off every two to  	three days to let your body recuperate and re-energize.</p>
<p>Eat healthy  	and take time to smell the roses. Studies have shown that people that are  	stresses out will eat more junk food. This roller coaster of stress and  	eating junk can make you gain weight and that will put more stress on you  	and thus making you eat more junk food. So start out by helping yourself by  	doing a few minutes of meditation. Meditation can simply be to just close  	your eyes and sit quietly for a few minutes while you put your focus on a  	beautiful flower.</p>
